What should I do about my horse? PLEASE READ EVERYONE!!?

I have a miniature horse, Ziggy. I see him a few times a year. I love him, but I forget about him all the time. I board him and I barely get to see him. He's so beautiful, and I don't want to never see him. I wish I could have him forever. What should I do? Things have been so tight financially lately, and I barely see him! Sometimes I wish I could have a larger horse, even if I leased, but if I owned, I wouldn't want the same thing to happen.
