Similar business names? can we get sued?

Hi my husband has recently set up his own outdoor instructing business in co Durham listing it as k2climbingnortheast he has checked the name was available etc and paid to register it, the problem is we have just discovered an other company called k2 training who operate from the lake district, they dont have this as their website domain name it is something like mountain leader training .com but if u Google the company name it brings up there site and our site! When they notice this do u think they will get angry? Technically they provide a different service they qualify instructors my husband teaches novices to climb what do u think? Ps this is not the real company name but the same example thanks x
