Help for BPD... i stop taking my meds?

Hello I moved from Durham NC USA to Miami Florida. a week ago. In Durham Nc i was seeing a psychatrist which he diagonsed me with BPD. I was put on Zoloft. and was taking DBT. well after 2 years in Durham, I moved to Miami florida and now i have no medical insurance or doctor and i ran out of Zoloft,. Many nights i want to kill myself. What should i do
