Why can't I make decisions in life?

What is wrong with me. I get cold feet about life. I rented an apartment then i decided a month into it, i dont want to live here, then i find someone to take over the lease and then i tell them i can't move now. Am I depressed? Is that why my interests change and when I think about one thing, I block out things that I used to like.
