Landlord playing games returning my security deposit?

My lease was up I passed the walkthrough except when we had torrando winds, my window broke, I took a video of it on youtube with pictures showing the frame of the window is bent up, and the window plastic teeth that hold up the window are broken. So the only way to hold open the window is with a 2x4 wood. So clearly, I sent these to my landlord and she said if i go on the property she will call 911 then said sorry you broke the window. She is mad that I have all this yet she refuses to return the broken window security deposit. She even charged me money for someone to drive the broken glass to the shop and back and for them to put it back in the window. Wow clearly the windows are not up to code all windows must stay open.
