Has anyone had a CAT Scan in early pregnancy & delivered a healthy baby?

I just found out that I am pregnant. I believe according to my cycle that I am approximately 4 weeks pregnant. 10 days ago I had an abdominal CAT scan & am scared to death that I have harmed the baby. The Internet research is escalating my fears. Has anyone been through something similar with the outcome being a healthy child?
