What is the best uni for primary education?

I have good grades at school so far (currently all A) but i really stuck on choosing a uni. I really want to do a degree in primary education instead of a PGCE. I don't want to go near London as its too busy, but anywhere else in the UK is fine. I want a Uni which is quite quiet, Durham is the only one that has looked right for me so far, but i really need to think of 4 more
