Is it worth going to job training between exams?

I applied for a summer job and got through the interview stage. I've now been asked to attend their training session, but the problem is that it's in London and I'm at Durham University. I could get the train down, but this would take up a day and I have exams 2 weeks after. Is it worth taking a day out and spending money to go down?
