I have a auto loan and I need another one?

I recently financed a car for my son under my name but now my car is falling apart and I want to lease a new car but I dont know if I will get approved I have average credit, no mortage or credit cards just ywo cell phone plans and a 7000 car loan. I made about 30000 a year and I want to lease A hyundai tucson I will have my son with no credit at all but a monthly income of 900 co sign. Do you think I would have a problem? I should get about 3500 for my trade so that would cover my total due at the lease signing.
