Do i have to send the back after EBAY refunded me?

Well the seller won't get any money cos Ebay refunded you so they may complain to Ebay if you don't return the item, I would send them a message via Ebay offering to return the item, ask for their address & keep a copy of the message, if you don't get a reply then keep it.
